Recognitions were handed out at White Rock Medical Center to honor some special employees for their above and beyond work.
Kim Coatney, director of patient access, was named White Rock’s Leader of the Month for May for her resiliency in withstanding adversity and difficult events, taking challenges as opportunity for improvement. She and her team greet White Rock patients with a smile and friendly welcome every day.
Scott Hansel, MRI tech, was named White Rock’s Employee of the Month for May. He was recognized for his excellent customer service skills, always putting his patients’ best interests first. He also worked for several months to ensure White Rock obtained MRI accreditation from the American College of Radiology. Certification was granted on the first attempt, a significant accomplishment that reflects his hard work and dedication.
Monetta Ingram, revenue analyst, received a special recognition for her tireless, behind-the-scenes work. She provides excellent customer service when working daily with patients and fellow staff.
