White Rock Medical Center is your access point to high-caliber healing. We welcome all to our facility regardless of background or finances. Whatever your situation, we will be there to accept you and treat you with kindness and compassion.
From the moment you are admitted until you are discharged, White Rock Medical Center is dedicated to performing our responsibilities sincerely and professionally and responding to your needs. During your stay with us, charges will be made to your account based on the services that you receive. These charges are based primarily upon the orders that your physician has made regarding your medical care. You may be billed by physicians for their professional services based upon the tests and procedures that are performed.
We accept Medicare, Medicaid and many major health insurance plans, including the HMOs, PPOs, and Managed Care plans. If you have questions or do not have insurance, please contact our Business Office to discuss financial arrangements. In addition, the Patient Access Department can help you with applying for Medicaid or other government assistance programs.
