Meet Our Leadership Team

Interim Chief Executive Officer
Inna serves as Interim CEO for White Rock Medical Center. Prior to this role, she served as Interim Chief Nursing Officer.
Inna brings 40 years of experience in nursing and healthcare leadership at hospitals across the country. Her leadership includes managing a wide range of specialties, including intensive care, inpatient, ambulatory, outpatient, operative and emergency services.
Prior to joining White Rock, Inna served as Interim Chief Nursing Officer at Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare South Hospital in Memphis, Tenn. Before that she held the Chief Nursing Officer position at Vassar Brothers Medical Center, a 365-bed trauma center in Poughkeepsie, New York.
Inna holds a master’s degree in engineering from the University of Nikolaev, Ukraine. She holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Louisville, a master’s of business administration from Indiana Wesleyan University and a master of science in nursing from Capella University. Currently, she is pursuing a doctorate in nursing practice from Capella University.

Kelli Hohenstein, RN, MSN
Chief Nursing Officer
Kelli Hohenstein, RN, MSN, joined White Rock Medical Center in June 2023 as Chief Nursing Officer. She has more than 20 years of experience in nursing that includes various roles from the bedside to leadership and performance improvement.
Prior to joining White Rock, Kelli served as Regional Chief Nursing Officer for Prime Healthcare, overseeing nursing services at eight hospitals across Texas, Alabama, and Georgia, including Dallas Regional Medical Center.
Before her regional role, Kelli served as Chief Nursing Officer and Administrator at Dallas Regional Medical Center for six years, where she was responsible for nursing and ancillary services. She served as Chief Nursing Officer and Assistant Chief Nursing Officer at the Dallas hospital as well.
Kelli holds a master’s degree in nursing leadership and management and a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Western Governors University Texas.
