White Rock Medical Center recently recognized two employees who are exceptional examples of dedication to patients, their care and experience. Brittany H., sonographer, was named Employee of the Month for the month of March. She was recognized for always comforting her patients during delivery of care. She remains consistently positive and makes herself available to help the team whenever needed.
Keri W., director of rehab services, was recognized as Leader of the Month. She was acknowledged for her willingness to help whenever needed. She manages a department but also cares for her own patients and will roll up her sleeves and train others so that delivery of care is improved.
In addition, White Rock’s certified nurses were honored for their commitment to the practice of nursing, focused on high quality care and dedication to patients’ journey of healing. This special group of registered nurses has advanced education that hones their expertise and skill set. They work across the hospital in different areas that include surgical services, care management, infection prevention, among others. Certification is granted by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
