White Rock Medical Group welcomes Sandra Fogelman, MD, internal medicine physician, who is now caring for patients at a new clinic in East Dallas.
Dr. Fogelman provides adult primary care services that include sick visits, preventive check-ups, and chronic disease management, among other medical conditions.

She is an experienced doctor recognized for her expert medical care, and she leads her practice with a compassionate patient-centered focus,” said John Myers, MD, president, White Rock Medical Group.
Dr. Fogelman is board-certified in internal medicine and a Fellow of the American College of Physicians. She has practiced in Dallas since 2020. Prior to that, Dr. Fogelman cared for patients in her private practice and at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown, Penn. She also served as Clinical Associate Professor for Lehigh Valley Hospital and Drexel University from 2006 to 2020. Dr. Fogelman received her medical degree from the Medical School University of Rio de Janeiro and completed her residency at Lehigh Valley Hospital.
“I love what I do. There’s nothing more gratifying than helping somebody. Nothing compares to the ‘thank you’ from a patient,” said Dr. Fogelman. “Since my teenage years, I have always been interested in medicine. I have a passion for how I can help my patients live a healthy life.”
