White Rock Medical Group welcomes Saira Bari Anwar, MD, family medicine physician, who is now caring for patients at the group’s clinic in East Dallas.
Dr. Bari Anwar provides adult primary care services that include sick visits, preventive check-ups, and management of chronic disease and other medical conditions.
“It’s important to me that patients have a warm and welcoming environment where they can trust their physician. I want to get to know my patients and be their physician for the long term,” she said.
Dr. Bari Anwar practices at White Rock Medical Group’s primary care clinic located at 9330 Poppy Dr., Suite 300, Dallas, 75218.
As a physician of family medicine, Dr. Bari Anwar explained that an important part of her role is educator. “I will partner with my patients so that we can work together on their health,” she said. “I believe it’s important to focus on prevention and teaching about health. I can’t be with my patients 24 hours a day, but the knowledge I share with them can,” she said.
Dr. Bari Anwar completed her residency at Wellstar Atlanta Medical Center in Atlanta, Ga., where she provided adult and pediatric care in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. Dr. Bari Anwar received her medical degree from Florida State University College of Medicine and bachelor’s degree from Florida State University.
