The holidays kicked off at White Rock Medical Center with sweet competition and friendly fellowship on December 15. Eleven departments entered the annual gingerbread house decorating contest. All employees were treated to a holiday meal during which they had the opportunity to vote for their favorite gingerbread house display. The Pharmacy Department won first place with an elaborate display inspired by the movie Up. The Quality Department was voted second place and Employee Health was named third place. The winning teams will be rewarded with a department meal and bragging rights until next year.
